"Morning Reflection"
Big Bear Lake, CA
Each summer, my family and I take a vacation, and this year we chose Big Bear Lake. I've visited many times before, but I had never managed to capture a photograph I was truly proud of. On the very last morning of our trip, I woke up before sunrise, determined to try one more time—and that's when "Morning Reflection" was created.
I made my way to Boulder Bay, a quiet corner of the lake where the rocks and pines always catch the early light. At first, I struggled to find the sweeping view I had imagined, but then I shifted my perspective. Instead of chasing the grand scene, I focused on a more intimate moment: the still water mirroring the trees, rocks, and soft golden glow of the morning. In that instant, everything aligned.
"Morning Reflection" is more than just a landscape—it's a reminder of patience, perspective, and the beauty of slowing down. Whether displayed in a living room, office, or bedroom, this print brings the calm and serenity of Big Bear Lake into your space.
