The Los Angeles Theatre on Broadway is a historic movie palace located in the Broadway Theater District in downtown Los Angeles. Designed by architect S. Charles Lee in the French Baroque style, it opened its doors in 1931. I took this black-and-white photograph at night and call it “Los Angeles” portraying the theater’s timeless elegance and grandeur as it illuminates the vibrant heart of downtown.
