The 110 Freeway in Los Angeles is famously known as the main route connecting Downtown Los Angeles to the rest of the city. My photograph, “Take Me Downtown” showcases this iconic viewpoint from above the freeway, where the constant flow of cars rushes toward the heart of the city. This scene beautifully frames the stunning Los Angeles skyline, a vibrant mix of towering skyscrapers and glowing office buildings that define the downtown landscape.

I chose to capture this scene at night, utilizing a slow shutter speed to create streaks of light from the passing cars, evoking a sense of movement and energy that never ceases. The result is a mesmerizing blend of dynamic motion and urban allure—a visual symphony of light and architecture.
